Collective of five women from the Caparaó region of Brazil who produce specialty coffee. This is a relatively new business for them, but they have become well established and want to make specialty coffee the key to supporting future generations in the area. We are proud to share this journey and these objectives with them.
We roast our own coffee with love, here in Paris, at Beans on fire. Carefully selected in Brazil. Come and taste our espresso coffee!
